Do you sell appliances and machines?

Absolutely! Our home page has a list of the logos that we sell. When you click on the logos, you can see each companies catalog of machines available to purchase. Contact us with your sales needs and questions and we can get your appliance shipped over to you faster than any other company!

DOES SOMEONE HAVE TO BE HOME DURING THE REPAIR?

Yes. Someone 18+ should be home for the repair in order for the technician to get approval for a repair on-site. However, if there cannot be anyone on site, the technician must have a card on file to charge and pre-approval for a basic repair plus parts to be completed and charged while tech is on-site.

WHAT KIND OF APPLIANCES DO YOU REPAIR?

Property Tech repairs most major brand washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, ranges, ovens, gas and electric stoves, range hoods, ice makers, wine coolers, garbage disposals, bbq’s, electric gates, commercial gates, and much more. If you have an appliance or electronic device that is not mentioned, feel free to contact us and ask about repair.

DO YOU OFFER WEEKEND SERVICE?

Yes. We do offer weekend appointments with no extra fee or charge!

Do you carry insurance?

Absolutely! We are insured for your safety and ours! If you wish to see a copy of our insurance policy just let us know.

CAN YOU HELP WITH MY ELECTRIC OR PLUMBING?

We are not contractors, electricians or plumbers. We cannot legally do work that requires any of these licenses.
